Will I get a physical product?
No. All of our products are digital downloads and they will work in the Adobe Product that correspond to the noted software needed. You will get immediate access to your product and you will be able to redownload from your Shopify account as well.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds. Digital downloads are saved to your computer and cannot be returned once they are downloaded. Thank you for your understanding.
What software do I need to run these products?
Our Photoshop Actions work in Adobe Photoshop. Our Presets work in Adobe Lightroom or Adobe Camera RAW/ACR, as well as Lightroom CC, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom Mobile (App), or the Lightroom Web. Please note which product you are buying and which Adobe product you will need. Thank you.
Do your presets work in Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC, Lightroom for the Web, and Lightroom Mobile, as well as Adobe Camera RAW?
Yes! Our presets work in every Adobe product that accepts Preset XMP files. That means you can load your preset purchases in Adobe Camera RAW, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom CC, Lightroom for the Web, and Lightroom Mobile. To Load your presets most easily into Lightroom Mobile, if you have an Adobe Subscription you can load your presets into Lightroom CC and then sync the files and they will populate into your Lightroom Mobile App.
Do your products come with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom?
This is one of those questions that is here because of questions we have gotten before. So, no, our products do not include Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Lightroom. Our products are designed to work within those programs and help you to create beautiful, time-saving, and professional edits with only a few clicks. However, you will need to purchase the correct Adobe Product to run our products. Thank you for understanding.

How do I install Presets in Lightroom?
- Open Lightroom Classic or CC.
- Go to the Develop module
- Click the + icon in the top right of the Presets section
- Select Import Presets
- Select the preset files or a .zip file containing presets
- Click OK
How do I install Presets in Adobe Camera RAW ACR?
- Click Filter > Camera Raw Filter.
- Select Presets.
- Click ... > Import Profiles & Presets.
- Select the ZIP file > Import.
- Apply > Repeat the process for more presets.
How do I install Photoshop Actions?
- Open Photoshop
- Go to Window and select Actions
- Click the menu icon in the top right corner of the Actions panel
- Select Load Actions
- Find the action file on your computer
- Select the file that ends in ".atn"
- Click Open
You can also drag the action file directly into Photoshop.

How do I install Lightroom Profiles?
- From the top Lightroom menu bar, select File > Import Profiles & Presets.
- In the Import dialog, browse to where you saved your profiles and presets and select profiles or presets that you want to import.
- Click Import.
How do I install Lightroom Brushes?
- Locate Preferences in Lightroom.
- Click the Presets Tab.
- Click "Show All Other Lightroom Presets".
- Select the Lightroom Folder.
- Select the Local Adjustment Presets Folder.
- Copy and Paste Brushes to the Local Adjustment Presets Folder.
